All three of these models are available inside Pictx, so you can run the same prompt through each and keep the best result. But they are not interchangeable — each has a distinct personality. Here is how to choose.
Quick verdict
- Seedance 2.5 — the best all-rounder. Strong prompt adherence, cinematic camera movement and multi-shot coherence at a reasonable credit cost. Default choice for most work.
- Kling 3.0 — the realism king. Complex physics, human motion and long stable shots. Best when the footage needs to look filmed, not generated.
- Veo 3.1 — the only one with native audio. Dialogue, lip sync, sound effects and ambience generated with the video. Essential for talking-head and narrative content.
Motion quality
Kling 3.0 produces the most physically believable footage. Cloth, water, crowds and full-body movement hold up even on longer shots. Seedance 2.5 is close behind and tends to frame motion more cinematically — pans, push-ins and reveals feel directed. Veo 3.1 matches them on realism but its signature strength is elsewhere.
Prompt adherence
Seedance 2.5 is the most literal interpreter. Detailed shot descriptions — lens type, lighting direction, action beats — translate faithfully. Kling 3.0 occasionally improvises when prompts get dense, though what it improvises usually looks good. Veo 3.1 follows structure well, especially for scenes with dialogue.
Audio
This is Veo 3.1’s unique advantage. It generates synchronized sound effects, ambient audio and spoken dialogue with accurate lip sync — no other model in the lineup does this. If your clip needs sound, the choice is made for you. Seedance and Kling output silent video.
